Privacy Policy

TriggerPC is operated by the party responsible for triggerpc.com and the TriggerPC apps for Windows and Android. This policy describes how we handle personal data when you use our website, server, Windows agent, and Android app.

We collect only what is needed to operate the service: account email, device identifiers, Wake network profiles, Home Relay health, Wake attempt history, commands, sessions, and optional Alexa OAuth tokens. We do not sell your personal data.

We use data to authenticate you, manage paired PCs and Home Relays, send Wake and remote commands, show status in the UI, and protect the service.

Account and server data is stored on the infrastructure hosting triggerpc.com. Local data remains on your PC and Android device as configured in the apps.

We do not share personal data for marketing. Optional Amazon Alexa integration exchanges OAuth tokens via Login with Amazon. Infrastructure providers host triggerpc.com.

We keep data while your account exists. After deletion, we remove or anonymize identifiable personal data. Anonymized Wake records may be retained briefly for reliability diagnostics.

We use HTTPS, password hashing, hashed device credentials, and remote revocation. Use a strong password and do not share pairing codes.

You may request access, correction, or deletion. Account deletion is available in Android Settings, at /Account/Delete when signed in, or via authenticated DELETE /api/account.

Deletion revokes device and Home Relay credentials, invalidates sessions, removes account PCs and data, and anonymizes Wake history linked to your user id.

TriggerPC is not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
